Mini Clip Mon. is a free simple clipboard monitor that adds new text found in the clipboard the top of an edit box. This allows you to keep track of text and other things copied to your clipboard. It will list text, and indicate if there is an image in the clipboard using [IMAGE] and will list if there were any files copied.
If you are not that tech savvy or just don’t want to open the Windows Control panel and then hunt for Programs and Features, this is a quick and easy shortcut to it. Create a file on your desktop called “Uninstall.bat”, or any other name just make sure to keep the .BAT at the end. Add the following line.
control appwiz.cpl
Then save it and double click. It will open right to Programs and Features.
Chrome Wire is a console application that takes a random Chromecast wallpaper and sets it as your windows background. It looks at 2 different locations for over 2000 images that can be used. Chrome Wire is FREE but in order to help with hosting costs and such, you can make a donation and get a registration key.
Once registered you will have: - Delay and Nags removed - Allow hiding of the console window for use in batch files and startup - Image list cached locally making it MUCH FASTER

I fell upon this issue today and wanted to post how to fix it in case there are others having the same issue.
If you come across a help file (CHM) that when you open it, it is blank there is an easy fix.
Go to where the CHM file is, right click on it and choose Properties. On the General tab in the bottom right, there will be a check box (or a button depending on the version of your Windows OS) that says Unblock. Check (or press) that and then press OK.
You will now be able to open the CHM file and see the contents.
