Hi Chris, there seems to be a bug with the current paste as file version on Windows 8.1: When the target folder is in a "library" (e.g. Documents, and spans drives) then the paste as file option is not displayed in the context menu.

Hmm. I have not seen that issue before. I am using it on my Win 8.1 x64 system and it shows up for me. Maybe try to uninstall and re-install. Try installing as Admin. Right click on the PAF setup exe and choose “Run as Administrator”
